Dan Fuller is an Associate Lawyer in the Litigation group at Walsh.

Dan is an associate lawyer at Walsh LLP’s Calgary office, practising within the firm’s litigation group. Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Dan works closely with clients to navigate complex disputes with clarity and efficiency.

Building on his experience at a leading personal injury and insurance litigation firm, Dan now represents clients at Walsh LLP across a broad range of matters, including commercial, construction, personal injury, estate, and insurance litigation. He has appeared before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and has successfully negotiated meaningful settlements with respected mediators and members of the judiciary.

Dan’s approach to litigation is grounded in preparation, responsiveness, and a clear focus on outcomes. Whether advancing a client’s position in court or working toward resolution outside of it, he is committed to delivering practical advice and effective advocacy at every stage of a matter.

Outside of his practice, Dan contributes to the community as a dedicated volunteer with Calgary Legal Guidance. He is also an active member of the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, where he participates in the Construction Law and Insurance Law Sections.
